Get Aligned Collaborative Workshop Series
In collaboration with Be The Change Yoga and Wellness, this workshop series nourishes the mind, body and soul by bringing together the power of theme-inspired flow and soulfully guided conversation. Participants will begin to unravel what’s true for them and strip away what’s not. By cultivating practices to support our personal journeys of self-discovery, we can travel together towards the collective road to love.
Why I chose to collaborate with Be The Change Yoga and Wellness
Be The Change Yoga and Wellness is a sliding scale, donation-based, making their offerings accessible for all incomes. This makes yoga financially available to all member of the community. Their work, as a studio, is centered around personal and social transformation, community building, and activating powerful change on and off the mat. I’m truly inspired and grateful to host my workshops at this incredible establishment.

Workshop Schedule for Get Aligned
July 30, 2017 (6:15 – 8:15 pm) – Life Purpose
We’ll explore our interconnectedness, take some time to define what’s rising in each of us, and integrate this awareness through body movement.
August 27, 2017 (6:15 – 8:15 pm) – Release and Receive
Gain new insights on clearing out what no longer aligns to you in order to allow new gifts and blessings to enter into your life. We’ll explore this topic on three different levels: physically, mentally, and spiritually/energetically.
October 1, 2017 (6:15 – 8:15 pm) – Access Your Authentic Self
We’ll talk about what it means to even be “authentically you” and how reconnecting to our souls will enable us become the conscious leaders within our lives and communities. You’ll remember and reclaim who you are, embrace your imperfectly perfect self, and close with a juicy yoga flow to integrate this work.
November 5, 2017 (6:15 – 8:15 pm) – Own Your Presence
Explore how your physical body and nonverbal actions reflect the way you show up in the world without you even saying anything. You’ll gain new insights on how to cultivate the kind of presence that is authentic to and reflective of the true you.
November 26, 2017 (6:15 – 8:15 pm) – The Art of Holding Space
Holding space for others isn’t an art only needed by healers, practitioners, therapists, or light workers. In today’s current state of affairs, it’s needed by all. You’ll begin to cultivate practices around holding space for others – even those you don’t see eye-to-eye with – without living out of integrity with what’s important to you.
December 3, 2017 (6:15 – 8:15 pm) – Redefining Self Care
Unravel and release the pressures to create self-care routines that don’t fill you up emotionally, physically, or spiritually. Tune into what self-care is really about and gain a new understanding of how it can support you in your life.
